CAPITAL WORKS LEVY $ 150.00 This levy, introduced in 2011, will assist in raising the funds required to instigate major capital works projects, such as clubhouse refurbishments & upgrades, irrigation system upgrades and the implementation of the course master plan, as prioritised by the Board of Management. These projects will require capital funding far greater than the average annual revenue raised through general trading and normal subscriptions.
